Meet Our Team
Dr. Saila Rekha, Principal
She is a renowned Pathologist and best teacher and examiner. She completed her graduation in the year 1998 from Kurnool Medical College and post-graduation in the year 2004 from SV Kurnool Medical College. She served 9 years as Asst. Professor and Associate Professor RIMS, Kadapa before joining this institution. She joined this institution as Professor & HOD in the Department of Pathology in 2015 and is now heading the institution as Principal.
Dr. J. Nagesh, Medical Superintendent
He is renowned Orthopaedician, teacher and examiner. He has done his MBBS from SV Medical College, Tirupati and MS (Orthopedic) from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka. He has worked as Civil Assistant Surgeon at PHC Sangam, Nellore district, Area Hospital, Gudur, Nellore district and District Hospital, Kadapa. He started his teaching career as Assistant Professor RIMS, Kadapa from 2006-2012, as Associate Professor RIMS, Kadapa from 2012-2017, retired from RIMS, Kadapa as Professor & HOD in 2022. He joined this institute as Professor & HOD FIMS, Kadapa in 2022 and held the position till October, 2024. He started leading team of our hospital as MS from October 2024 till date. He was also appointed as a UG and PG examiner as well as an inspector at various medical colleges.
Dr U Jaya Rami Reddy, Director
Dr U Jaya Rami Reddy, Director of Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences has done his MBBS and M.D ( Biochemistry) from Kurnool Medical College, Andhra Pradesh, and has a vast experience of 51 years in various positions in reputed institutions like Kurnool Medical College, GMC Ananthapur, SVS Medical College, Mahaboob Nagar.
Mr. Md Salman Murtaza, Executive Director
Mr. Mohammed Salman Murtaza is the Executive Director of the Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences. He is a well-qualified, experienced dynamic young man in the field of Management. He was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Technology from JNTU, Kakinada. He has received his Executive Master’s in Business Administration from Bond University, Gold Coast, Australia. He has also pursued his Executive Post-graduate Programme in Healthcare Management from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai.
He had worked as Executive Director for both Al Ameer College of Engineering & Information Technology and Al Amaan College of Engineering and Information Technology, Visakhapatnam. He is presently managing the overall day-to-day administration of Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences at Kadapa, A.P. level.
