The department’s goal is to Administrate safe and timely Anesthesia to all patients irrespective of the Anaesthetic or Surgical complexities involved. It aims to actively pursue and adapt the newer developments to benefit in providing the best patient care.

The department has been providing services to various departments such as Surgery, OBG and Orthopaedics to name a few. 

Round the clock  Casualty services are also provided with best care.

The department is well equipped with Anaesthesia workstations. Ultrasound machine, newer airway devices.

The Department of Anaesthesia has been providing safe and structured patient care during the preoperative-and efficient pain management services in operating rooms.

The department is ably run by an efficient team of Anesthetics with qualified operating staff nurses & operation theater technicians.

• Hands-on training is provided in basic life support IV cannulation and other basic techniques and advanced techniques in skills lab on mannequins for effective outcomes during emergencies.
